We offer accounting services in the field of small and full accounting. We work with small business accounting in the field of lump sum and tax records of income and expenditure and a full accounting for associations, foundations and companies.

Our offer is addressed mainly to the start up companies and foundations, but also we invite compnies who want to change an accounting office and transfer the case of its accounting to our accounting office.

Electronic reception of accounting documents

You have a problem with the delivery of documents to the accounting office? Send to your e-mail them to us in pdf form. For clients who have more than 50 documents and cost of sales per month, we also offer access to the electronic module saldeosmart for shipment to its accounting documents. Customers will automatically deliver their files- separately sales separately cost. When you will deliver more than 100 documents per month directly to the program saldeosmart  we offer a discount for accounting services in the amount of 25%.

Virtual Office – a new service for customers

For customers, we also offer virtual office service. We have for you two good offers for this type of service. We recommend our virtual office customers who do not need to have a permanent office, but they need the address to register with the tax office. Soon we will offer also new service: renting conference room for an hour and packages daily.

Accounting Office ABK offers customers a new service – Virtual Office. Many entrepreneurs create companies do not need at the start of business office, but needs to address in order to register the company. Our service comes with the needs. As part of this service, you have the choice of two types of services:

1.Standard – rent address

2 Premium – rental address, receiving mail and sending it by scanning for E-mail address

Currently we offer favorable pricing packages. For the service standard will pay only 50 zł per month. For a Premium service, you pay 100 zł per month

Address falls under the Second Tax Office in Szczecin, in the case of companies with foreign capital in the West Pomeranian Tax Office in Szczecin

From 1 January 2016 changed social security contributions(ZUS), social insurance and health fund work:

ZUS for people doing business in the first two years of operation, if they are required to pay social and health insurance contributions (premiums preferences):

Social Contribution (składka społeczna): 176.33

Social contribution without the contribution of sickness (składka społeczna bez składki chorobowej): 162.73

Health insurance (składka zdrowotna): 288.95

Both social security contributions (health and social ) should be paid by the State to the 10th of next month for the previous month

For example: 12for January, you must pay to Social Security until 10 February

ZUS  for individuals with normal height (without preference) that under a business must pay social security contributions:

Social Contribution (składka społeczna):  : 772.96

Social contribution without the contribution of sickness(składka społeczna bez składki chorobowej: 713.35

Health insurance contribution (składka zdrowotna):  288.95

Labour Fund (Fundusz Pracy): 59.61

Social security contributions (health, social and labour found) should be paid by the State to the 10th of next month for the previous month

For example:  for January, you must pay to Social Security until 10 February

If you hire employees or contractors, the state paid social insurance premiums, including their contributions to 15 next month for the previous month.

How do we set the price for accounting services in our office account?

We always suggest  potential  customers to have a  meeting in our office to discuss the principles of cooperation. After receiving information about the type of activity conducted by the company, the conduct of accounting in the company, accounting rules from taxes and the amount of company accounting documents per month and the number of employees or contractors, we give price offer for accounting monthly services. Price for accounting services as you can see depends on many factors. Each company is in fact different and has different circumstances.

How the clients of our accounting office deliver to us accounting documents?

The standard way of providing accounting documents for our clients to the accounting office is delivering them personally during office hours. During a visit to our office with accounting documents they are initially reviewed by accountant, which draws attention to the documents that can not be considered tax deductible in accordance with the laws on income tax from individuals and legal entities. For customers who are registered for vat tax accounting documents are checked if they are  does not contain invoices from which you can not deduct the vat.

Sometimes companies are turning to us to collect the documents at home in their office and we are performed within the established fees for accounting services. We do this, of course, in Szczecin, as customers of other Polish regions, who commissioned us to carry out accounting services deliver to us the documents by e-mail or by courier.
